We approach dancing as a more personal and holistic practice.The process of creating and learning choreography involves contemporary dance techniques, yoga and movement based energizers, and exploring therapeutic aspects of dance/movement by diving and reflecting within.

Dance Workshops
Level: Beginners and Professionals

Come join us every month for our Choreography workshops in Bengaluru and Chennai! We teach you choreographies to some of the most popular and off-beat songs. Each session comes with it’s own set of surprises and styles. Dance styles may vary from contemporary, street jazz, basic ballet to freestyling.
Mind, Body & Flow
Level: Beginners and Professionals
Facilitators: Ramita Menon and Shivangi Lakhlani
A contemporary dance program, curated to introduce movers to different choreography tools and showcase their own creation at the end of the module. Over the 10 sessions, the movers will explore the connection between their mind and body, through the tools that will enable them to expand their movement vocabulary and skills.
This module has been curated in collaboration with Ramita Menon, a dance movement therapy practitioner and yoga teacher from Delhi, India.
